Type: A residential building in Bourgas, Super Centre
Description: The building was built after concurring the conceptual design with “Bulgarian Architectural Monuments” agency – Sofia. In view of its close resemblance in architectural style to the Historical, Natural Science and Ethnographic Museums, as well as to other similar buildings in this old part of the city, the building is unique, significant, standing out with something unmatched, authentic, stately and everlasting. The local people, as well as the visitors to the city admire its beauty and feel grateful that it was built exactly in this manner.
Location: Favourably located in the very heart of the city of Bourgas, not far from its most modern and beautiful streets – Alexandrovska and Bogoridi, surrounded by restaurants, caffees, many and various shops and shopping centres. Within 50 to 300 m, there are the “Bulgaria” Interhotel, The Municipal Building, The Mayor’s office, the Central Police Department, schools and kinder-gardens. Nearby, there is a three-storey, underground parking lot being built, right next to the “Cyril and Methodius” cathedral.
The building has been certified as ready for use since November, 2010.
The building comprises of:
Basement with five storage rooms and mechanical room for the elevator.
Ground floor with a shop for packaged goods, atelier and a storage room.
I-st floor, with separate entrance from the south side, to the two offices
II-nd and III-rd floors with one four-room apartment on each of them, with an independent entrance from the east side.
The attic space holds a three-room apartment. The access to the residential floors is provided through a stairway with steps made of granite, and the railing is chrome-nickel alloy. The lift is hydraulic, with a luxury cabin.

Execution of the building:
The structure is monolithic, reinforced concrete, partly beamless (living room and dining hall) and with beams in the remaining parts of the apartments.
The ground floor has grey aluminium profile with 10 mm strengthened glass. Window sills are five-chamber, German Brugman – walnut coloured, interior doors are MDF, and entrance doors are made of steel. All doors are made and installed by Ergon company – Sofia; the interior ones are stylish, light coloured (faded oak); the entrance doors are venge colour on the outside and faded oak on the inside. Floors in the corridors and kitchens are made of quality Italian granite-gress. Bathrooms are made according to an Italian design, equipped with Roca fittings; water heaters are run-through, 27 kW, by Stilber Eltron, the ceilings are suspended type, by Hunter Douglas, with proper lighting; a luxury heating fixture has been installed. The apartments and offices are wired for colour-imaging video communication system; there are sockets provided for cable or digital TV, internet and Central Security System in every room. In each room, there is power supply provided for installation of air-conditioning units. The walls throughout the building are decorated in soft nuances.
All switches, sockets, convenience outlets, power boards are installed.
The shop and the apartments are supplied with three-phase electric power.
Balconies are fully completed with limestone lintels and under windows, granite-gress flooring.
The tracery parapet on the balconies is manufactured of wrought iron.
The corner on the Lermontov str. side and the ground floor are entirely lined with Greek travertine and Brazilian granite, which together with the bulky cornices give a characteristic retro-luxury style. The heat insulation and external plaster on the building and the fence are done with Baumit products. Three of the building’s facades are illuminated at night by sensor controlled fixtures.
