Helios Sole Owner Limited Liability Company is a construction–investment company with more than 20 years of experience on the market. The Company has completed construction sites in the city of Bourgas, as well as in prestigious and highly sought-after areas. We perform construction work against compensation from the land Owners, or we build on our own land. “Helios” Ltd is being run by Engineer Veselin Anegnostev, who has extensive experience as a project manager on various sites on the South Black Sea Coast. The Company is a member of the Chamber of Bulgarian Construction Companies and is registered in the Central Professional Register of Builders. We build primarily residential buildings, as well as buildings with mixed purpose – apartments, offices and shops. In the last few years we have developed a new niche – turn-key completion of the buildings we construct and even furnishing some of the apartments, according to the clients’ –references and market demand. The construction and completion works are executed by skilled workmen with extensive experience. The materials we use are of proven high quality, accompanied with the respective certificates. We use modern technologies and innovations in exterior and interior design, because we believe that every detail matters. This makes every building unique!
